I am a physician and ATA-certified medical translator based in Chicago. I trained as a doctor in Mexico, the US, and Germany and I have spent the past 10 years working at the intersection of medicine, language, and communication.
Most of my clients come to me because they need more than a correct translation or a well-written paragraph, they need someone who understands the clinical context behind the words. That is where the MD makes a difference.
I write CME content for healthcare professionals, translate medical documents for patients and institutions, and conduct linguistic validation for clinical outcome assessments. In everything I do, the goal is the same: make sure the right message reaches the right person, in the language they actually use.
